You are not sure you are going to like it here?

Then we suggest you come for a couple of month for a trial living on Koh Mak. To live here, to shop here, to move around in the limited space (16 square kilometers), to visit the restaurants here, to go shopping here by speedboat from time to time, get to meet and know the local Thais and farangs (foreign long-term vacationers).

Hence our offer: come here for 3 months and live in our 1-bedroom luxury bungalow. The price: THB 120,000 (about 1.080 euros). We deduct 50% of the rental price from the leasing/purchase sum if you buy the house.
